Class Prices

Classes start at $60 per month for One class a week. Discounts apply for additional classes and students from the same family. (Discounts do not apply to Charter school students)

Second Class is a 2.5% discount

Third class is a 5% discount

Fourth Class + is a 7.5% discount

*Families on the unlimited plan MUST live in the same household and be on the same account

30 Minute Private is $45.00

45 Minute Private is $60.00

Studio Policies

Refunds:

Please note that if you withdraw from class prior to the 15th of the month we will refund you the remainder of the month. If you withdraw after the 15th of the month NO refund will be issued.

Account Freeze:

If you need to take a month off but do not want to lose your spot in the class you can request for a freeze on your account. This will result in a $10/month per class charge in order to hold your place in the class and you will not be charged the full tuition for that month(s). The student will remain on the roster and will be marked absent, however these absences will not be eligible for make-up classes.

Make-up Classes:

We offer all of our students the option to make-up any class they miss. Whether it be due to being sick or due to the studio being closed for the holiday. In order to be eligible for a make-up class you must schedule your students absence through the parent portal or with our front desk attendant. After you have scheduled the absence, you can then schedule the make-up class. Make-up classes are only eligible for one month after the missed class. Please ensure that the make-up class is one within the same level as the class your student is currently enrolled in. For example, a student in Ballet level 1 should not make-up a class in ballet level 2. All Kinder-Theatre students must make-up their classes in a Kinder-Theatre class again in the same level. If you wish to use your make-up for a higher level to see if your student is ready for the next level, please consult with the instructors before scheduling that make-up.

Please also note, make-up classes CANNOT be applied to classes students are currently enrolled in. Students using make-up classes to attend a single extra class will not be eligible to perform with that class for recital. Students must be enrolled in and regularly attending class in order to perform in recital.

Full Monthly Charge

For those months where the holidays fall frequently and the studio may be closed, we still charge a full month’s tuition. The reasons for this are, you are able to take advantage of our make-up class option and possibly try a different class than your student may normally be in. Also, we do not charge extra for the months with 5 weeks in them.

Age Cut Off

At Looking Glass Studio we base our class placements more on skill level rather than age. However, when a student reaches the age of 25, it is time for them to move into our adult classes. If no adult class is offered, you may discuss with the teacher if a different class is appropriate to be in. Please remember that class placements are based off of skill MORE than age.

Payment Decline Policy

Beginning August 2025 all unsuccessful payment transactions will result in a $25 fee every time your payment is declined. Payments get processed on three separate dates depending on what you are signed up for.

Early Bird payments are processed on the 25th of the month prior to tuition due. Second attempt will be on the 1st of the month. 3rd attempt will be on the 10th of the month.

Those signed up for payment to be processed on the 1st of the month will have a second attempt on the 10th of the month. 3rd attempt will be on the 15th of the month.

Those signed up for payment to be processed on the 10th of the month will have the second attempt on the 15th of the month. The 3rd attempt will be on the 25th of the month.

If a transaction is declined more than 3 times the charge will go up to $50 per attempt on the same schedule.

You will always receive an email from Jackrabbit notifying you that your payment was unsuccessful.

Communication Policy

Here at Looking Glass Studio, we pride ourselves on creating a family friendly and safe environment for our students and staff. The following protocols have been put in place for both staff, students and parents.

• Staff are to use studio-approved platforms (Jackrabbit email) for studio-related communication.

• Staff is not permitted to contact students directly via text, phone calls, or email. ALL communication MUST go through parents if students are under age.

• Staff is not to allow students to follow them on social media, nor are they allowed to follow students on social media.

• Staff is not allowed to contact students through social media and if a student contacts them they must communicate via the approved channels to address the matter with parents and students.

• Staff is not permitted to share personal contact info with students or parents.

Safety Policy

To ensure the safety of our students we ask that parents walk their student into the studio to drop them off and pick them up. Students will not be permitted to leave unless their parent is at the door or in the studio.
